I bought these boots about a month ago. They were so comfortable out of the box, no insoles, no break-in period. I babied these boots, wiped the sole down w/water & microfiber cloth after returning home. Unfortunately, the heel was exposed from the inside after a month! These were $200 boots when I bought them. I think that’s unacceptable. Thankfully, I was able to return them but they were a little hesitant to do so. I’m writing this review as a warning. You will pay a lot of money and risk the heel wearing down. I would be careful before buying since they may be difficult to return. I hate to see the wear on them after a year…
