horrible customer serv. and horrible return policy
i brought these shoes in person and it was the best shoe I ever brought still have the black pair. Talk about comfortable. So I went to order a brown pair and the size was way bigger almost like someone stuck their foot in the shoe and from a 10 1/2 to a 11 1/2 trying to return the shoes well I leave it for you to judge I got stuck with a pair of shoes that have never been worn and still sit in a box. I was not helped at all and after several attempts they told me i went over my return date go figure. horrible so if you don't go in person and try shoes on I will not recommended shoes getting shipped. Just saying !
