My order was delivered within one day sourced from a store in New Jersey rather than my same state or county. The package looked suspicious wrapped in black plastic shrink wrap rather than a cardboard container. Upon removing the plastic, the shearling clogs were packaged not in a Birkenstock branded box but a plain white box with white tissue paper. The greatest surprise of all was a mismatched sized pair of birkenstock clogs. see photo left shoe is size 38 (the proper size I ordered) and the right shoe is size 36. Not angry, its way worse, I am disappointed. I feel like the consumer purchasing experience has been corrupted and this is just another example.
