For $155 I would expect the leather to look better. Let me have the chance to rough up these shoes. I don’t want shoes shipped to me looking like they’ve already been through it.

Birkenstock Convert Because of This Style

I've never loved Birkenstocks; I didn't think they were that comfortable and I was just "meh" on the styles. I wanted an easy, closed toe, slip-on shoe and tried these. I'm breaking them in and they are becoming more comfortable and I love, love, love the style. They do run a little narrow so have had to change the buckle setting but once I did that, no more issues with width/tightness.
Yes, I recommend this product.
