Arrived banged up!

I ordered these shoes a month ago and they arrived in a completely banged up package and box. The shoes appeared to be tried on and also worn on the sides. Returned them for an exchange and customer service said they had not way to exchange them because I’d receive the same pair back! Very disappointed.

Great Fit!

I bought the brown and loved the fit and look so much that I bought them in black! I was nervous at first to order since a lot of the reviews indicated they were a bit on the narrow side. They fit just like my other closed toed shoes, so I would say the medium would be a pretty standard fit. If you plan to wear super thick socks with them, you might want to go with the wide just to be on the safe side.

These are a great transition shoe heading into fall, with the usual Birks comfort and support. Love the black suede, they are super soft and comfy. These will be my go-to shoes for the foreseeable future!
