Box torn open
The item itself is fine, but the box it came in is completely destroyed. It cannot even be taped shut because the top, bottom and sides are all torn. This is a gift, and it’s not very presentable.

As expected for a dsw shoe. They’re the version of Birkenstock that was made for dsw. Size is off. Material is off. But got them with rewards for less than anywhere else

Treat Them Like Theyre Yours
I received these shoes in a decent amount of Time- the box inside a BAG was not even close to a box when I opened it and my $172 pair of shoes did not look new! Boo DSW!!! Treat them like they were a gift for your mother when deciding what kind of vessel they should be shipped in!! I buy Birkenstock shoes often, never again from DSW. They look as if they’ve been worn, but the soles show they are in fact new. Don’t know if there is time to exchange - not happy! Package was smashed and dirty, some wear you can expect from shipping but no care to protect this expensive gift!

I am so disappointed in dsw. I bought these online and when they arrived they were in a box with no cover and they look worn. I turned them over and there was a clearance sticker on it. When I called I no was told there was nothing they can do they wouldn’t match the clearance price but sent me out a fresh new pair. Still didn’t get shipped yet and I have to go take these back to the store. Lots of work for ordering online. Crazy
