Such a shame to intentionally stuff a rectangle box in a bag. No consideration whatsoever as to the thought this might be meant as a gift. Torn tissue paper. The left birk totally unbuckled. The right birk both buckles buckled. Box totally torn, smashed, unglued- in other words, destroyed. Can’t figure out how to attach photos. Ugh. Oh well

The sandals are adorable and my 9 year old loves them… however they have broke two times. The first time, at the pool someone stepped on her foot and it snapped the buckle. The shoes were 2 weeks old. We exchanged them for another pair and within two weeks, the buckle has broke again. I’m disappointed with the quality.

My daughter loves these. They are TTS but did start to give her a little blister the first time she wore them. After they have been broken in they haven’t given her any issues since.

Order just showed up in a torn box with one of the sandals missing its buckle. Now I have to drive 50 miles to return or pay 8..50 to mail them back.

The shoes are adorable. They’re a gift for my granddaughter & I know she will love them but I suggest shipping them in an outer box rather than a bag. The Birkenstock box was completely destroyed so now I can’t even wrap them in the box they came in. Thankfully the shoes appear fine but part of the excitement for her would have been seeing that box & getting to open it. 4 star rating because the shoes are cute but the box being damaged is disappointing.
