Cute But Ouch

I love the way these look and the way the footbed feels… but there seems to be a rough patch of glue on each pair, on the leather straps that rubs onto the top of my feet/toes. I have two horrible blisters from this after one day of wear and idk what to do because they’re already worn. Customer service can you help? :(

Beautiful Color

The dusty light pink is a beautiful color. I own several Arizonas but the big buckle is a great look especially with the larger gold buckle. I can’t comment on the fit because it will vary by individual.

My previous pair of Birkenstock sandals needed replaced (after 8 years… these are built to last!) I was excited to see a pink option with the larger buckles. These can be super casual or look preppy depending on your outfit. So comfortable too!

Lousy Customer Service

It is not the Product. The problem is DSW.
Ordered on line, paid extra for 2day shipping. Finally 4days after ordering DSW sends email that product is ready for FedEx pickup but it also says FedEx has not picked up product at warehouse so DSW says expected delivery date is show as 12 days away. That is a total of 16 days since ordering. And also paying extra for 2 day delivery.
Another rotten company just wanting the money and don't care about customer service.
They also don't have the product in local stores for pickup.
People should boycott and stop buying from them. Also contact them and explain why you are boycotting them.
Then possibly when business fades away they will possibly remember that they are dependent on customers being happy.
If customers are not happy. DSW will be out of business.

I love the dusty pink color with the matte gold buckle. Very classy looking and the color is fun but can still be used as a neutral. These are medium width.
