Shoes were pre owned and used

These shoes were delivered today from DSW. From the box which was damaged I could tell something was off. The “new” shoes I ordered have been worn. The soles have gravel indentations in them along with scuffs. It’s poor business to resell used shoes as well as unsanitary particularly with a sandal where bare feet are exposed to who knows what. I’m sure Betsey Johnson would be horrified to know that DSW is reselling previously worn shoes of her designs and claiming and charging them as new. I’ve seen other reviews speak of it from DSW. It’s disappointing. Please do better. If this is not a consignment item please sell them as new.

These shoes are perfect for any special event. They fit true to size, if you have a wider foot it may pinch at the toe area. The heel isn’t as high as pictured which was actually a pleasant surprise. They are well made and the blue sole is so pretty. 10/10 highly recommended!
