I’m Only Rating The Delivery Service

I ordered these adorable CHRISTMAS shoes Dec 5. I was looking forward to wearing them for the holidays. They have been stalled at some unknown Amazon facility since Dec 9. Today is Dec 18. I called DSW yesterday to find out WHERE my shoes are. I chose the option to have someone call me back, but they didn’t. So another day has passed. The shoes aren’t carried in any DSW store, & I didn’t have the option of having the shoes shipped to DSW so I could pick them up or the carrier who would pick them up between Amazon & Fed Ex. I’m now PRAYING for Fed Ex, but my hands are tied. I spoke with customer service, & they placed a second order. I doubt these will make it by Christmas, because who works on Christmas? I even called my local DSW, & their hands were tied. They were denied access to my order. I realize it’s the crazy holiday season, but I ordered these in plenty of time to receive them early. Very disappointed.

Foot Candy…A BOLD statement w/out saying a word

Outfit staple. These shoes are a BOLD statement piece & very edgy & I LOVE IT. I’m normally a size 9 & I purchased a 8.5 & it fit PERFECT! I can’t wait to wear. i have the perfect outfit to pair with these GORGEOUS shoes. BJ did het BIG ONES with these!
