Cute But Cheaply Made
These sandals are beautiful, but cheaply made. I only wore them a few times to basically walk from my front door to the car, and then sit down in, and one of the flowers already fell off. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and they told me just to take the shoes in-store to see what my options are because they can’t help me online. I asked if they could at least check to see if my order still qualifies for a return/replacement because I ordered it 2 1/2 months ago, and the associate told me the system doesn’t allow them to check that. I explained that I work full time, so I don’t really have extra time to waste by going into the store with the item if it doesn’t qualify for return/replacement anymore. I feel like the associates should at least be able to look to see if your item still qualifies for a return or replacement?
