Received Used Shoes

After receiving a pair of dirty shoes covered in hair from DSW, I foolishly believed this was a one off and decided to give them another chance. In my very next order, I received this pair of shoes with no tissue paper or protective wrapping of any kind. The soles of the shoes were visibly worn, scuffed and filthy. I refuse to shop with this brand moving forward. These shoes were not cheap and even if they were customers should feel confident that purchase no matter how big or small will be delivered with care and a level of cleanliness. If I wanted used shoes I could’ve gone to the goodwill! I am absolutely disgusted.

Love the look and block heel. These shoes are very cute but as with other sling backs they are not comfortable and hard to walk in. No adjustment and no padding on sling. If you can stand the herl rub go for it! Sad Was hoping they would work but not so. Will return and keep looking.

These shoes are exceptionally chic and have garnered numerous compliments. If you have wider feet, I recommend sizing up by half a size, as this adjustment worked well for me.
