I ordered 12 wide. Picked up in store only to have it too big. I was positive that the sandal would work out. The cashier would have had to refund my card and charge me again. I did not want that. I just wanted to do an even exchange. I was told I couldn’t. I took a store credit because I felt assured that the 11 wide would be perfect. The cashier made the transaction possible and I would get my sandals in a few days.
To my chagrin, the 11 wide is not a fit.
1. My thumb toes are way too close to the edge.
2. The left sandal has too much space on the back.
Great walking sandal. The heel height is wonderful. Great yellow color. I’m saddened this did not work out. Maybe an 11.5 wide would have worked. On my way to return back to the store.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Strap not adjustable

I bought these in yellow and they are very pretty and a great heel height. I ordered a wide because I have a wide toe box but the backs were too loose and there is not an adjustable strap to cinch up. I returned them and ordered the medium width. Sure hope they fit because I like them a lot!
