Bought this to wear during the holidays. I love them. Ordered an extra wide instead of regular wide since some reviews said they ran small, fits perfectly.

Color is not dark brown; it’s more light beige. Box says Cognac. Ordered medium width but there are some snug spots. A bit wide around the ankle.

Beautiful Shoe but Wrong Information/Color On Site

I bought the 'dark brown' color. However the boot that was delivered is actually a soft brown color (actually says cognac on the box). It is the same shoe but UPC and Item# do not match the info on here. From what I can tell other people have had the same issue with this color. The bootie itself is well made and beautiful but DSW needs to update their website to show the correct information/photos. If you don't care about the shade of brown you get then its worth the purchase but if you are looking for a darker brown like I was don't buy.

Extremely Narrow!

I have never had to buy wide shoes, ever. I have fairly narrow feet and I am usually a 7 or 7.5 in shoes, depending on the brand.
After reading the reviews of this bootie, I decided to purchase these in wide since I expected to make these my winter work shoes and wear socks and if they ran narrow, regular sizing might not accommodate socks.
I ordered these and tried them on, with tights, and my foot barely fit! The length is fine and I have enough room at the tip for my toes, but across the ball of my foot there isnt enough room, the shoes feel like a slightly narrow running regular, never-ending that they are supposed to be wide. I don't know if I could even feel comfortable in the extra wide.
I get that these are leather and you need to stretch them and break them in, but the sole itself runs more narrow than any other bootie or heal in regular that I own. This is my first and last time purchasing Bella Vita brand.

I found this boot to run small and a little tight, even though I bought my usual size, which seems to fit in almost every other boot I've ever bought.

Really wanted to love this shoe - heel is not too high and the styling and fit are super cute. Unfortunately the tow box is on the narrow side and was really uncomfortable so I had to return.
