    VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

    VERY VERY VERY DISAPOINTED WITH DSW MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I CANNOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE BETWEEN DSW AND FED EX. PER DSW THE PACKAGE HAS A 4-7 DAY DELIVERY WINDOW AND THEY ARE IN THE TIME FRAME AS FAR AS DSW SHIPPING STANDARD IS CONCERNED, ON THE OTHER HAND FED EX IS STATING THAT SOMEONE PUT A HOLD ON THE PACKAGE, THEREFORE THE PACKAGE IS BEING HELD AT FED EX FACILITY IN WAYNE NJ, TRACKING STATUS SHOWS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AS OF 9/4/25 AND THERE IS STILL NOT ANY UPDATED TRACKING INFORMATION FROM 8:22 AM ON 9/4/25 AND IT IS CURRENTLY 10AM ON 9/5/25 WITH NO UPDATED TRACKING AND FED EX IS TELLING ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PICK THE PACKAGE UP AS THERE IS A HOLD ON THE PACKAGE !!! A HOLD THAT I NEVER PLACED. DSW IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!! I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH 3 DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS BETWEEN DSW AND FED EX. DSW SUPERVISOR IS SAYING HE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
