    Beautiful shoe, but just like another reviewer experienced, I received 2 different sized boots. In fact, I think I received the ones that match their mismatched set! Of course they are out of stock so hopefully the return goes smoothly

    Love The Shoe Poor Customer Service

    Love the shoe poor DSW customer service. Received two different size shoes, customer service told me to return to store. Store rep did not know how to process return and told me the shoes were worn. Not true! Shoes can only be returned by mail, I was given incorrect information. I was also told a replacement pair would be shipped to me even though they are out of stock! We shall see if I receive them because they have not shipped. Lastly, I received a wonderful $10 coupon for all the inconvenience…
