Can’t Get My Feet Into The Small Opening!
The opening to put my foot into the shoes is too small and I have skinny feet! I can’t get them on! I gave 2 stars because they are really cute. But it doesn’t matter because I’m going to have to send them back!

Love these booties!
I normally wear a 7.5M, so I ordered a size 8 since they only come in whole sizes. They fit very well since there is faux fur on the footbed plus I'll be wearing socks in the winter. I had no problem pulling them on and off. I really like dark brown color, which is sometimes hard to find. Can't wait to wear them when the weather turns cold!

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered these online. When I opened the box the security tag was still attached. I drove to DSW to have it removed, but the store was already closed as it was 7:30. I made a second trip on a Sunday, when the cashier acted like she was doing me a favor removing the tag. I inquired if there was any kind of policy to make up for the inconvenience, she looked at me like a deer in headlights: the most I can do is remove the tag.

LOVE these
I LOVE these!! Warm, comfortable and trying to just wear them inside but they are so cute, I have gone out on errands with them. I get lots of compliments from strangers on how much they like them. The only bug is that the insole moves easily so I normally have to adjust it prior to putting them on. I still love them so hence the 5 stars
