I loved the style, comfort, and coziness of these boots, but the fit wasn’t right for me. I have a somewhat narrow heel, and in my normal size 7, my heel kept slipping. I didn’t try going down to a 6, but I think if I had, the toe box would have been too small. Other than that, they were great!

I just received in the mail- the package was ripped apart and the shoes were noticeably dirty... I'm super upset and not sure if I should even exchange them. $70 down the drain.

I can't really leave a great review for this product because I had to send the booties back for a larger size. Even after reading the reviews I felt comfortable ordering my size. I wear a solid size 9 so I ordered these in a size 9 in Black. They arrived and I couldn't even get my foot into the shaft of the boot. So, needless to say, they are being returned and I am awaiting the delivery of my size 10 booties.

Wish they can in half sizes. My daughter really wanted these. Originally ordered a 7 which were flipping off when she walked. Exchanged them for a 6 and honestly they are super snug. I know they do stretch a little after you wear them for a bit but her toes are very close to the end which really won’t change. She’s just dealing with it since the bigger size would have been way too big once she broke them in.

I Bought these boots in the beginning of December, I wore them for the first time today. It was a cold day and did not get over 34 degrees. It was also a little wet out. These boots kept my feet warm and dry and they did not get stained from the wet pavement.

I was so excited to find these as a Christmas gift, unfortunately they do not mark when they are out of stock and just keep sending you emails that it is in process and that you can not make changes to your order. You have to call costumer service for them to say they do not know when the next shipment will be in and the whole phone call is super crackly and hard to hear.

This was my daughter’s big request on her Christmas list. Cheaper than Uggs and has the chunky heel she was wanting. I agree that the heel area is loose as it slips each time she takes a step. Perhaps we could have sized down but didn’t.

I would get something from China earlier probably. I placed my order on November 29th and it’s not even shipped. It’s December 6th now. Horrible if you’re ordering online just be aware your product will arrive very late!!!
