They Aren't Uggs
I don't love them. I have a pair of Uggs I've had for 28 yrs and they still look like new, super comfortable. These run small. I wear an 11, so I ordered an 11. My toes are butted up to the top of the boot. They aren't as soft inside, a bit scratchy, they're good enough, but I'll be replacing them with UGGs. I just don't love them.

Wrong color
I ordered this online and they sent the wrong color. The exchange process has been very difficult. They did send a second pair and still the wrong color. DSW supervisor stated I would get a $10.00 credit for all the problems and I still have yet to receive that. I will NEVER order from DSW again. The boots are warm. One fits tighter than the other. Not worth all the trouble.

AMAZING BOOTS
I love these boots. They fit perfectly, are incredibly well made and a steal for the price.I have bought UGGS before and these are just as well made and very comfortable. They are definitely true to size
