    Too Heavy/Scratchy Strap

    These are too heavy for my preference. The heel snaps up against your heel like flip flops. The elastic in the strap at the top closest to the heel feels like it would irritate my skin so I’m returning these. Also DSW, the way you’re shipping online orders is unacceptable. This is the second pair of shoes I’ve purchased where they were shipped in a cut up/torn/ripped shoe box inside of a bag. The shoe boxes inside the bag don’t hold up in transit. I can’t buy anything online as a gift for someone else because it looks like garbage. It looks like I’ll be returning these shoes to one of your stores in the destroyed shoe box I received…

    No, I do not recommend this product.
