Disappointed

So so disappointed as a former part time employee of DSW. Whoever sent these shoes out in this box should seriously be evaluated. Granted they were bought w a $20 discount, at $72 the condition of this shoe is not acceptable. Scuff marks on top of toe and all around it is clear these shoes were worn, not just tried on but worn. Returning to the store asap!

I ordered a size 11 on 5/16/25. I received them in a banged up box. The box said 11, however the shoes inside were 7.5
