These boots not only run large they look ridiculous!!! The toe part shines way to much and it reminds me of clown shoes without the color!! Definitely returning these! And they took a month to receive

Lousy customer service.

Boots were "being prepared for shipment" for over a month; "system is down and can't track order" was the excuse given by Customer Service chat line representative when asked what was causing the delay. Finally received a unceremonious "this shoe is no longer available" indicating the order had been cancelled. I don't fault people if English is not their native language, but can't help question why they are hired for customer service positions. Very unsatisfactory. Will not order from DSW online in the future.
