Horrible Customer Service!
The shoes run smaller than others as I ordered the size I normally wear & they’re too small. The customer service is pretty nonexistent. I tried to chat to exchange the shoes so I could keep the same price. I wanted to be able to take the wrong size & exchange it for the right size at the store but no they can’t do that. I find they hardly ever have the shoes I’m looking at in the store so you can’t even go in to try them on. I wanted them to send the bigger size to the store so I could exchange when I returned. They won’t do it. You can only return them then they will send the replacement. So another week or more to get what I want. I don’t understand why this concept is so hard. They sometimes have good deals but is it worth all the hassle, I’m honest not sure it is!
