I am extremely disappointed with Shoephoria, the distributor for DSW shoes. I purchased these shoes and received a completely different pair. I returned the incorrect shoes to the DSW in Macon, GA without any issues. When I tried to reorder and requested expedited shipping as a courtesy due to the mistake, the store manager—Mia W.—was highly professional and made every effort to resolve the situation because she understood that the incorrect order was an inconvenience, especially since I needed the shoes for an upcoming event. In contrast, the Shoephoria representative was unprofessional and pushed back at every request made by Mia on my behalf. DSW must consider switching vendors and implementing ongoing customer service training for its entire staff. My thanks to Mia W. and the Macon team at the store for their prompt and excellent customer service. They demonstrate the leadership and professionalism that should be expected from all employees.
