I was so excited to get these boots, but disappointed with the laces. If they loosen up, it’s impossible to tighten them. I ended up returning them☹️

Terrible quality, runs small

I was so excited for these boots, but I was devastated when they broke after just one day of wear. The heel began disconnecting from the rest of the shoe. They were also very uncomfortable. Stiff and do not run true to size.
