It took me a while to find a pair of shoes that once I put on, felt comfortable from the beginning. They are working out perfectly. I mostly use them for walking but I'm sure would be good for running as well.

I keep coming back to ASICS and this is my third pair of this exact style. I’m a moderate runner, and need a decent amount of cushion and ankle stability, and these work for me. I do usually swap out the insoles after a couple months.

A lost of cushioning, so you get a definite spring in your step. The faded blue is really nice color. I just found that I have to wear very thin socks otherwise my toes feel like they are hitting the front of the shoe.

Bought my first pair of these after wearing Brooks Ghost for many many years and I love them! I have flat feet and always find it challenging to find shoes that are supportive and these feel really good on my feet. I mostly use them for lifting weights, walking, and shorter runs (3 miles or less).
