Second time in two weeks for the same brand item,only in different color variant; again item arrived in tattered box with missing inserts like the shoe bag, shoe horn, brochure although the insole with extra shoe lace was included this time. The most disappointing part is that the shoe pair came used again as evidenced by creases and scratches. The item looked like it had been sold to somebody once, used quickly by that somebody and returned within the allowable period. Then, it was resold to me as brand new minus the inserts that go with the item when purchased brand new. DSW should review its Fulfillment Center’s operations to prevent this from happening over and over again. Items worth over $200.00 deserve a decent packing and handling and paying customers should be treated with decency too by way of a professionally packaged purchased item. The previous case was supplied from New York, and this case refers to an item supplied by Ohio. I said to the customer service I will be buying 5 more variants of this item, but after this second incident, I am holding plans to purchased another one from DSW. So disappointing.
