I wish I would have read the reviews and sized down as recommended. I usually wear a 10W, however this 10M was too big.

Used
I understand that sale items—especially shoes—can sometimes be older stock or customer returns. I purchased this pair online and genuinely like them, so I plan to keep them. However, I do wish DSW would either clean returned or previously worn shoes more thoroughly, before mailing out or offer a deeper discount to reflect their condition. That’s the reason for the three stars.

used shoes
I ordered the black online. I was sent used shoes. There was no packaging and the bottoms were dirty. I was sent a replacement and asked to ship back the used ones. I was sent a label that I thought DSW was paying for return shipping. No, they charged me to return the used shoes that I was sent-crazy! I did size down from a 10 to 9.5. They are cute on and cheaper that the Vionic brand as a similar style.

Terrible
I have the same pair of these in black, which I love, so I purchased the silver. During the first wear, I got a terrible blister, which did not happen with the black pair. Now I’m wearing them for a second time, and the sole on the right shoe is completely separating from the body of the shoe. Extremely disappointed in the quality of these shoes and wish they could be returned.

Adorable loafer
Happy that I bought these silver loafers although they are shinnier than expected. Love that the soles are substantial. As others have said, they do run large so size down when ordering.

JUST A PERFECT LOAFER
I'm always looking for stylish Loafers for work, instead of wearing sneakers... I am on my feet 8 1/2 hours a day for work. on a concrete floor and these shoes are SO COMFORTABLE!!! I'm a Size 10 and there is plenty of room. I was worried they may be too narrow ...Nope! I've also dressed them up a bit with a pair of cuffed jeans and a great shirt. Just perfect all the way around!
