A no go!

This shoe was a big disappointment. I love the look, but the toe area is so tight I was in pain all day. I even bought a half size larger than I usually do.

Not as expected. I usually buy Ann Clian shoes because they are the most comfortable ones. Not this model. Very stiff, run large, uncomfortable and ugly shooes. Got them online and will return.

Bad Customer Service From DSW

Waited over a week for delivery of the black Anne Klein pumps (size 8) I ordered. Unpleasantly surprised to open the box to find black Bandilino flats (size 7.5). Now I don’t have the shoes I wanted to wear for a Christmas party and I get to drive 20 miles to the nearest DSW store to return them for a refund. 😠
