Very narrow toe, tight fitting shoe. I usually have a little wiggle room in an 8.5 shoe, but these are terribly uncomfortable. Gorgeous shoe- if only it fit!

Well made but very tight in the toe box. Will exchange for 1/2 larger. Hoping this fixes the issue.

DSW fixed the error. DSW is a great brand, just the fulfillment sometimes isn’t the best. They offered to help me get the same shoe and we came up with a better idea. Shout out to DSW for fixing their error!

I’ve been having issues with getting online orders- the shoes have been used. This was the third pair I had to return. I was super happy that inspected it one last time before return because there was a in the heel backing of it. DSW didn’t do much but offer me 10$ reward points. I had just returned it to the store.

Comfortable, classic look that is versatile. Heel is on the heavy side, but the bigger block heel makes the shoe feel more stable and comfortable so it is a compromise.

Nice black heel

Bought these recently as I thought they looked cute with their block heel. They definitely are in person. The only downside is the toe area is narrow and kinda pushes on the outside of your toes. I wore the shoes once and had to take them off. I think they need to be stretched a little and then they’ll be fine.

These are a great height - they add a few inches and feel professional without being too high! They are comfortable to walk in. The fabric shoe paired with the patent heel adds a little flair, too!

Great Quality Shoes

I purchased these shoes for an event, and they are elegant and comfortable! I haven't worn heels since before Covid and now my feet hurt when I do. These are the first heels I've worn in a few years that don't hurt my feet. I was shocked. They are easy to slip on and they go well with dresses or dress pants. the material of the shoes is well made. I purchased a similar pair from another designer, and they failed in comparsion to these. I highly recommend them.
