Used Shoes

I was so excited to receive my new shoes. I ordered 2 different pairs of shoes and both pairs looked worn. Soooo disappointed! When you buy new shoes they should be NEW!!!! Will be returning them

Very cute, but not true to size.

I have different experience then the other reviews. I always wear size 6.5 in dress shoes. Wore these shoes for 1.5 hours and pain was unbearable they are so tight and narrow. And I do not have wide feet my any means either.
I have exchanged for a 7 and if I have a different experience I will change this review or write a new one, but I feel these are Definitely not true to size and are not comfortable.. I wear heels everyday and I can tolerate some pain. I couldnt even keep wearing these after an hour on my feet. I had to change into flats it was very painful. In addition they came in the most mangled box I've ever recieved and not the shipping box that was fine the actual shoe box inside was all falling apart like it had been soaked at one point and then dried out or something and didn't have a cover. Thank gosh this wasn't a gift. I still gave a 4 star because the shoes themselves are very cute and this is the first negative experience I've had with dsw, as I've ordered from them before.

I bought these for a black-tie optional event. They were very comfortable during the event. The strap helps keep the shoes on my feet which is usually what makes heels hard to wear.
