    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi, I would like to request a full refund for one pair from my order. I ordered three pairs of shoes in the exact same size. Two pairs fit me perfectly, but this pair is significantly smaller and feels extremely tight. I only tried on one shoe briefly indoors, and it was so tight that it practically did not fit my foot. Since all three pairs were ordered in the exact same size, I believe there may be a sizing or manufacturing inconsistency with this pair. I would prefer a full refund to my original payment method rather than an exchange. Please let me know how I can proceed with the return. I can also provide photos of the size labels and the three pairs side by side if needed.
