Unnatural and uncomfortable arches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these as running shoes (and also walking shoes) since so many reviews said they were comfortable and hold up to a lot of walking and long-term standing. BUT for me, the sizing and fit weren't good at all. I ordered my regular size and it was a little too large, but I liked that I had extra room in the toes, so I decided to let it be. The real problem is the arch support - it's way too much. There's an unnatural arch on the inside of both feet that causes the feet to lean inward. As soon as I first tried them on I noticed how stiff and extreme the arch was, and then when walking, the way it forced my feet to lean inward was obvious and uncomfortable. I can't imagine walking or running in these shoes at all; even wearing them for a quick walk had me concerned they would start to ruin my gait.

No, I do not recommend this product.
