Super thin and runs small for mens

These socks are not what I expected. I was thinking they were a medium weight athletic sock. What they turned out to be was a super thin sock. They double up the socks on the cardboard so when you touch them, you think they are a nice thickness and for packing reasons. Then when you peel them off of the packing, i realized how thin they were. Better to be paired with a fashion sneaker, not a running shoe. Then I washed and dried them. They shrunk! Neither my husband or son could wear them! Size 9.5 and 10.5 in men's, respectively. Off to Goodwill with them!
