I purchased this because I hate things in my pockets when I go to the gym. I am able to fit my phone, key's, earbud case, and just enough room to fit a case for glasses or sunglasses. You can even snug a small plastic water bottle in there without the glasses case, or course it sticks out of the top, but you get the idea.
