Didn't last long

Purchased for my 9 yo daughter. She has worn these shoes maybe 8 times - very lightly (once a week to school on her gym days). They were not worn to her after-school sports, etc. Shoes are in excellent, like new-condition. She just showed me that the hole for one of the laces ripped. Basically the shoes can no longer be used because they cannot be laced. I'm outside of the 60 day return window. Very disappointed, was hoping for these to get her through the summer at least.
