These 360 slides on very comfortable for me. They help with my plantar fasciitis or people who may have flat feet. Because it has good arch support and the rigid bumps give a comfortable feeling to my feet when walking with them on. Also, the size run a little big I'm a size 11 men's but these slides feel like a size 12 men's. I don't mind the extra room but people who like their shoes tight fit or to true size might want to order down a size.

Shoes are slightly big, but I use them as house shoes, so it’s a non issue. They initially were a little uncomfortable due to almost massaging your feet while walking, but after a day of use, I love them. Everyone in the house now has some and they love them.
