Late and didn’t get all of my order!

To begin with I was gives a delivery date for all 3 products I purchased. The shoes were the only ones I received and they were late! I called and was supposed to be issued a refund but never did. I was forced to purchase another pair somewhere else, wait for the shoes to be delivered then go out of my way to return them in person. Worse purchase ever!
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these shoes were perfect. I was beyond excited when I received them. The quality,the cost, and the fact that my tiny size wide size 6 could find a wide heel pump. The heel size was perfect. The bow was positioned just right and not too much.
But I could literally only wear them for about 2 hours. I just want to find a heal that is comfortable for me to wear for events that I attend that have enough support and cushion to get me through an entire night. Now I was a bit tired it was my daughter’s wedding. So I for sure will wear again to an event that I don’t spend weeks preparing for.
Overall the best shoe I have bought in a long time. I will certainly be buying more. I hope you have wide slip on sneakers bc this girl
Is a a hairstylist and that’s what I wear to work in.

Bad Customer Service

I bought these and was given a date for arrival. Not only did I not receive the order on time, I was told I was not supposed to be given a delivery date! Who orders is a delivery date is not given? I call and am given trouble getting information or requesting a refund because “it’s on the way”. I then speak to a manager and am told I will get the refund processed, but it will take 3-5 days to process! I will never again buy from DSW. They lie!!!

“Pewter Synthetic”

The color description “Pewter Synthetic” explains this shoe: A pretty shade of pewter gray, BUT it’s “SYNTHETIC”! The picture looks lovely. In person it’s plastic. I’m questioning if they will hurt my feet shortly after I leave the house.
Perhaps the pictures of the beautiful variety of colors available, fool you into thinking they All will be comfy-gorgeous.

Beautiful & Feminine Heel

These shoes are so cute and pretty comfortable for a heel. I'm an 8.5 and my normal size fit great. Stayed on my feet for a night of dancing- didn't slip off the heel. Received many compliments on the brown color velvet- beautiful for fall!
