Christmas order

Why does it take 4 days to process my order. Can’t cancel or change the shipping speed once an order is placed and too bad if it will arrive when it is inconvenient. The majority of online shippers will guarantee arrival by a specific date. DSW if you don’t have the inventory and can’t deliver on time don’t take orders. And the fact you cannot make changes after immediately placing an order is customer service in the 1990s. Sorry pretty disappointed!
