Boots are made for walking.

Comfy. Good heel height. Using for work shoes. Am on feet 80% of the time and walk a lot.

Size smaller that expected

I recently purchased this boot in my usual size, 8.5 W, because the consensus of reviews indicated they ran true to size. I wore them for the first time yesterday and though at first they felt ok, as the day wore on, they felt more and more constricting. Had the reviews indicated that they ran small, I would have sized up. I wish I could have them exchanged for a 9W instead. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging.
