Control deficiencies

The shoes they sent were used, had footprint marks, one had a scratch, the box was completely torn and they were poorly packaged because one shoe arrived without the plastic base that holds the shoe's shots. I had scheduled a trip for 15 days and I would not be at home to receive the package again, for that reason I have not made the return. To date I have not yet used them.

The fit of these sling backs was very comfortable. In fact, these shoes were so flexible and expansive when I put them on, I feared they would stretch out and look sloppy quickly.
