Cute BUT May Require Pliers
Cute but terrible design. As others have said - hard to get on and off. It look me 40 minutes to get one shoe on the first time and even had my husband help. It made me consider that I may have giant ankles compared to most and would have to return. I did not read the reviews before I purchased. One customer mentioned she used pliers to get them on and off so I tried it. I did not want to return so that is how I get them off and on with pliers and it works. It allows me to pull the back of the boot while I insert my foot. The design is awful but I wanted to keep them. Thanks to the lady who suggested pliers!

Nice Boots
I got these nice boots for my friend who lives in Colorado. They are tide, hard to get on and off but nice and warm. I guess the design is not the best.

Good Typical ugg But Dumb Strap
This is your standard Good comfortable UGG but it’s got this dumb looking strap that says UGG on it which I don’t love the look of which makes it extra tight to put on and off

Hard to get on!
Got these for Christmas and the style is really cute! However, they are so difficult to get on!! I never end up wearing them. I wish I could return them, but I lost the receipt 😭

Run small!!!
I am a size 10 and these size 10 boots are very hard to get into. They are tight to step into and I struggle to Get into them. Disappointing

Is DSW a consignment store now?
Had to return these twice. First ones came scuffed. Called DSW and asked the shoe lover to send new boots and specifically stated I did not want used boots but received the second pair with crumbs all over them. They was supposed to be a gift for myself and DSW ruined it as well as they other boots ordered for gifts. I had to return six boots because they all came obviously worn all ready. This use to be a decent place to buy shoes but now they are just trifling. I could have paid less at a consignment shop if I wanted used boots.

Did not care for
I own several pairs of Uggs and have been very happy with them. This style was completely different. They were stiff, very tight where the band sits, and overall very uncomfortable. These fit nothing like my other pairs of Ugg boots. Very disappointing as I really wanted a short pair of black Uggs.

Love them
These boots are super comfortable and very warm I love the fur inside I can actually feel the furryness when I wiggle my toes. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because it a little hard to get on but maybe over time that will losen up when I break them in.

Not The Same
Comfortable and Warm. They look good brand new but not sure how long they will last. The “fur” on the inside is of lower quality than previous Uggs that I’ve bought. But sure how long these will last.

Warning!! Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get on!
I don’t typically submit reviews but these were so bizarre I felt compelled to warn people. As other reviewers have said, these are impossible to put on! I am a petite woman with slim ankles and I literally had to pull the right boot on with a pair of pliers (left one is fine). Not joking! Tried to just pull them on normally and after five minutes I gave up and went to the tool box. So for now I’m only wearing them at home. I can’t be stuck at someone’s house and not be able to get my shoes back on! My hope is that they will stretch out as they are cute but had I known it would be that difficult I definitely would have chosen something else.
