DSW do better

I was gifted these shoes for my birthday and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Both times I got them (I had to get a replacement pair), they were covered in black scuffs marks from the bottoms of the shoe rubbing against the satin. My one pair even had a dirt stain on them. For the price, you’d think they’d come in dust bags or even more than one piece of tissue paper laid on top of them. Disappointed isn’t strong enough.
