Terrible
The most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned. They are too narrow even for someone like me with narrow feet and the insole is hard, like no softness at all which makes walking difficult. I don't recommend.

Bad quality
Bought these in a medium brown color (luggage) for my daughter as a Christmas present. She has been occasionally wearing them for about 6 weeks and the color is fading and completely worn off of a toe on one boot. They are comfortable but already look terrible after barely wearing them. Have tried polishing but didn’t help the completely worn spot. Very disappointed in quality of this boot

Run Narrow
I’m not sure why Mia boots seem to have gotten more narrow & hard to pull off. I ordered my normal size in these due to reviews. They fit & they’re moderately comfortable. I would’ve liked a little more of a chunky sole but I was just looking for some cute & casual black boots to wear out in winter weather.

Broke Within A Year
Like other reviewers have mentioned, I loved these boots until the sole separated from the boot after a few months of light wear. Now there’s a hole where the sole meets the left shoe and it squeaks to high heaven. I tried to glue it but it made little difference, disappointing.

Cute boots!
I bought these about 2 weeks ago & wore them once. They were comfortable starting out but by the end of the day my feet were a little sore. I ended up with blisters on my toes. Not sure if it was my socks or the shoes. They are really nice material, fit true to size. I usually wear an 8 1/2-9, got the 9 in these & they fit perfectly. The color is a little lighter than I expected, but I like them. Price was good & shipping was fast.

Perfect Neutral Boot
Bought these for my 20 year old daughter to bring to a trip to London. She can only bring one boot and wanted something to go with everything. They are true to size and very comfortable. She’ll wear them all winter.

These Were Leather Once Upon A Time
Now they fall apart like a princes broken promises. It is a shame I have a pair that were leather from five+ years ago that are still holding strong.
