These are solid - super cozy and I love that they slip on. Perfect for leggings since they are so chunky, and they have the perfect amount of padding inside for comfort and support. Not for running or hiking, more for warm and dog walking type.

I should have considered all the reviews! I love Merrell but these boots are way too hard to get on! Once they are on, they fit well, but I don't want the hassle every time I want to wear them

These are incredibly solid and stable for a shoe. The bottoms are definitely winter-proof anti-slip and will be very appreciated… I will note that because of this they cause some squeaks while walking on Tile and wood floors haha. I was nervous because folks here said there were problems putting them on, but there is really no difficulties at all, your foot just slides right in. They are very warm too which is nice - wearing them out walking at below freezing and I’m sure that they will hold up. Because there’s no way to adjust I’m hoping they don’t stretch out and that the backs don’t disintegrate (which often happens to my shoes while sliding on-off), but will be worth it. Merrell tends to run a little narrow, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the middle sizes as I am a 9.5 and these fit spot-on.

I really liked these boots! Had no problems like others had mentioned about putting them on. I ordered my regular size 7 1/2 and they were too short. Was going to re-order in a size 8 but they were sold out.

The opening is extremely small but has a pretty pale raspberry color, it’s more of the a raspberry tint to the normal Carmel color. I was expecting more support or comfort inside. It’s a value for the price though.

I think these a super comfy and warm. I didn’t have any issue getting my foot into the boots. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 and I ordered these in 8 and have room for a thicker sock. Happy with my purchase!

As other reviewers stated the boot is difficult to put on. I would call the color mauve which I liked it being somewhat unique.

MERRELL BOOTS ARE AWESOME!! VERY Comfortable, my granddaughter loves them!! I love MERRELL myself, I have a several MERRELL sandals and boots! I would definitely RECOMMEND these BOOTS!

As others stated, it is very difficult to put on. Additionally, the picture of this product does not accurately display the color. To me it looked camel or darker tan in color, not plum red/purple color. Will be returning asap.

I was a bit worried at first reading all the reviews about not being able to put it on. I usually wear size 6 for boots, and I decided to hedge my bets and get the same size with these. They were perfect! When I tried it on, my foot slipped right in. I am an ex-ballet and jazz dancer though. You kind of have to do this pointe then flex thing with your feet to get into the shoe. I tried it on with some boot socks and everything was perfect: nice and toasty, great cushion, great traction at the bottom, very fitted and not clunky. They look nicer than Ugg boots, and the traction at the bottom means I can actually take these out in nature hikes!

Boots arrived today. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order but know DSW has an easy return policy so I went ahead. I'm delighted with the boots. I ordered my regular size and with a pair of wool socks the boots fit great on my narrow feet. Walked around the house and the lug soles are very grippy and will be great on wet, snowy or muddy trails or running around to the store. I had no trouble putting the boot on or taking it off. I don't believe this boot would work for a medium width foot without pinching and definitely not a wide foot. Merrell shoes/boots tend to run more narrow and that's why I purchased these, and I am not disappointed.
