Comfy Pull-on Boot . . . But Don't Pull the Loop!
I bought these a week ago just before the holiday. I tried both my usual size and a 1/2 size up. The boots have a really comfy toe box but they are a bit difficult to pull on (I do not have a wide foot). I went with the 1/2 size up and wore them all day to shop and do holiday returns today. Very comfortable for the first time out. It was raining heavily and my foot stayed nice and dry. HOWEVER. . . While shopping later, I was pulling them back on in a dressing room and the stitching on the ankle loop on the back of the left boot pulled away! First day that I wore the boots! These are a pull on boot and this is a feature that does help to get them on and off —it's not just decorative. I'm pretty disappointed. I was told I had to go into the local store to see if the manager will exchange them since DSW does not take back shoes that have been worn. Cole Haan is a reputable brand so I would expect they will stand by the product. We'll see.

Cute & comfy
I’m so happy with my purchase! I’d not found a pair of Chelsea boots I’d loved, until these! Very comfortable, true to size. Look great with boot cut or tapered jeans.

Cute and pretty comfy
These were exactly what I was looking for, and I love that they are waterproof and real leather. The boots are a little stiff, but still comfortable for walking. The toe area is generous, so they don't pinch. The footbed is soft.

Love these boots! Comfortable for shorter periods of time and very stylish. Would not recommend tons of walking but otherwise they are beautiful and practical.

Good Boot!!
Boots are comfortable and stylish and are true to size. I’ve worn them for 10 hour periods with out no issues except that I recommend wearing long socks because you may get blisters at the rim of the shaft.

Decent but not for the price
I thought these were cute and they were comfortable for SHORT errands. I did size down per reviews but I wish I had not because my toes were smashed in during a NY trip doing a lot of walking. Also the water resistance isn’t the best because some water got into my toe area through the threading. It’s best to wear long and somewhat thick socks with these or you’ll get blisters. For the price, I think there are better boots than the camea.
