I Hope This Helps
These heels are absolutely stunning! I love them so much. The issue I had is that the website said it was true to size (I assume based on customer experience), but they are definitely not true to size. I’m a size 7 always and these ran, at minimum, a half size smaller than normal. This was a bummer because I needed them for an event in Texas and I ended up having nothing to wear with my outfit.

Uncomfortable
Returned. Too uncomfortable and heels should be shorter. Why do shoe companies torture us? Because we buy such uncomfortable things! Unfortunately, as pretty it looks,it is horrendously painful to have on!

DONT LET THE LOOK FOOL YOU
I bought these for myself for mothers day. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. The picture does them no justice. BUT...They were very uncomfortable even with shoe pads. The ball of your foot will hurt really bad. I am hoping that the stiffness will loosen up maybe after a few more wears. I definitely don't want to waste a $100.

Disappointed
I just ordered the silver shoes, and disappointed when I received the shoes. They appear to be a returned/used item, and box said size 8, but were a half size larger. I will be returning this item. I order from DSW online frequently, and this is a first-time disappointment.

Absolutely Gorgeous
The shoes are beautiful, however, I require a walker to move in them. I must seek out a substitute! If you can walk in heels these are a lovely selection.

Stunning shoe!

Beautiful Shoes
I got these shoes for my son’s upcoming wedding, I was very impressed with the quality. They aren’t cheap plastic sequins they are like real rhinestones stones heavy and well made. Unfortunately I had to return them because I didn’t think my feet would last in them all day for the wedding. But they are beautiful!

I Got Used Shoes
I was very excited to receive my beaded, multicolored ankle strap Betsy Johnson heels for my son’s wedding next weekend. My excitement was short lived when I realized that my brand new shoes had previously been worn by someone else. The bottoms of the shoes are dirty, the sticker mark is there but the sticker itself has been torn off, the straps are visibly marked, the area by the toe is scuffed- even the shoebox is dented with what looks like lipstick on the top. The extra bag of replacement beads is also missing. (Nowhere during my online purchase was there a mention of ‘display’ shoes.)DO BETTER DSW! I would have given zero stars had that been an option.

Wore this shoe for my wedding March 2024. It is and was gorgeous. The sole was soft and very comfortable. Excellent quality and value for your money. Colour exactly how it looks. Pearl/off white. Heel comfortable and sturdy. I wore it all day without foot blisters. Elegant and sofisticated look. Not too shiny or right size pearl. Safe to buy...Jamaica W. I.
