Check if your items are eligible for Same-Day Delivery by entering your zip code on the product pages while shopping. Then, add your items to cart and go to checkout.
Provide your delivery address and pay at checkout. You may add an optional tip for your delivery driver at this time.
Our team will carefully prepare your order and deliver your items straight to your door. Orders placed by 2 PM will arrive between 5 and 8 PM the same day.
What is the cost of Same Day Delivery?
The cost of Same Day Delivery depends on your delivery address. $4.80 for first 3 miles, plus $0.75 per additional mile (up to 20 miles). Additional Regulatory Response fees:
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be prepared by a DSW store associate, and picked up by a Doordash delivery driver. You may tip the delivery driver during the checkout process, 100% of tips go to the driver. Tips are not required.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by 2PM local time; orders placed after 2PM will be delivered the next day between 5-8PM.
How do I get updates on my order?
During checkout, you will be opted-in to receiving texts for order updates. That will allow you to receive texts when your order is on its way, and delivered. Once the order is on its way, you will receive tracking links through texts and emails.
Are all products eligible for Same Day Delivery?
Some products may not be eligible due to certain restrictions such as size, weight, and price.
Can I request a certain delivery time?
We currently can not specify Same Day Delivery time.
Can I return a Same Day item?
Same Day items cannot be returned or exchanged online, but can be returned for free any DSW store. For more details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
Can I use a reward on a Same Day Delivery item?
Rewards can be used on the items being purchased, but cannot be used to cover the Same Day Delivery fees.
