The DSW Foundation continues to partner with and is making a donation to Dress for Success® to empower underemployed and unemployed women as they walk (or strut) into the workforce. We’re not helping them just own the moment, but we’re helping them own their futures.

Dress for Success® provides resources to help women overcome barriers, build confidence, and grow community needed to obtain, sustain, and grow in their careers.

While it’s not only about the clothes, that’s often times where the journey starts. Accessories. Cosmetics. Personal care essentials. By offering personalized Style Sessions, Dress for Success® sets women up with one-on-one professional stylists that will help them feel their best and make bold confident steps forward.

Building community

Finding the right ’fit and securing the job is just the first step. Dress for Success® knows that the jour ney continues and gives women access to programs, like their Empower HER and Level UP Summit, designed to connect them with a community that uplifts and inspires.

Inspiring “Miss (Financially) Independent"

Economic independence is definitely the flex every woman thinks it is and Dress for Success® is there to help unemployed and underemployed women achieve that. Their Build for Better Financial Empowerment Series helps women own their financial futures and maintain a path of self-sufficiency and professional development.
