Size Charts & Fitting Information
We’ve all put up with a pair of shoes that didn’t fit right – even if we tried them on before we bought them! Since you’re shopping online, we know you have concerns about fit. We’re passionate about shoes, so we want to help you find the right size.
  • If you already have a favorite brand or style, it’s best to order your usual size. Please see individual product pages for specific information about US or Euro sizes and variations.
  • If you need to convert between US and Euro sizes, please see the chart below.

  • If you’re unsure of your shoe size, use the steps below to get an accurate measurement.

How To Measure Your Foot
1. On a piece of paper, draw a straight line (longer than your foot) from the top of the page to the bottom.
2. Place the paper on the floor. Stand on the paper with the line centered beneath your foot.
3. Have a friend draw a line across the tip of your toes and another at the back of your heel. It is not uncommon for feet to be different sizes, measure both feet.
4. Measure the distance of the line between your toes and your heel. Now use our sizing chart to find your ideal size.

How To Measure For Heels
Heel heights tend to vary depending on the size and style of each shoe. Our heel measurements are usually based on a size 6 women’s shoe. To find a measurement, start at the back of the heel. Measuring down the center, measure the distance between where the heel meets the sole and where the heel meets the floor. All measurements are then rounded off to the nearest quarter inch.

How To Measure For Boots
We measure the height (or shaft) of a boot from the top of the heel to the leg opening. The horizontal leg measurement (or calf circumference) is measured on the outside of the boot at a point 11" up the boot’s shaft. Boot measurements are approximate and can vary depending on stretch content and construction of each boot.
